About

I’ve always had a great curiosity about people in general. Through many years I was daydreaming about what it would be like to access other peoples minds. To get to understand who they really were underneath all the layers that we collect through life. I guess I hoped to discover that they weren’t so different from me after all. I also had a wish to be able to capture the special moments I experienced and started to wonder if photography perhaps was the method that would make this all possible. Happily I found this to be true. Having a camera around my neck gives me permission to meet people, hear their stories and ask questions I wouldn’t be able to under “normal” circumstances. Within a relatively short amount of time I can end up in quite personal conversations and that’s what I think is so amazing about photography. It opens doors and breaks barriers...

I’m currently working as a freelance photographer in and around Copenhagen, Denmark, as well as working on my own projects.
